I would like to recommend Dr. Chung-Phillips as a doctor for bad sinus problems. Having had asthma and sinus problems as a child, I have had problems breathing my whole life. I have known for a long time that I needed to have sinus surgery because very little air would go up my sinus passages but have put this procedure off for a very long time. After three of my doctors individually recommended Dr. Chung-Phillips to me I decided that I would like to be evaluated by her, knowing that the remedy would, most likely, include surgery. After talking to her about the surgery, I decided that I would have it, as I trusted her with the procedure. I had very minimal pain and discomfort, recovered rapidly and now, for the first time in a very long time, I can breathe through my nose, almost at capacity. She has assured me that, if I develop worse problems again, I can have a repeated surgery, and I would not hesitate to do this. She is very good at explaining everything about the condition, the surgical procedure and the recovery process. If I had a question about anything she was very helpful and clear with her answers. She prepared me for the one bad day of bleeding problems, which were never very bad.
Dr. Chung-Phillips makes you feel comfortable in the appointments, is straightforward in her information and considerate in listening to and answering questions. I recommend her and this surgery highly.
